* engine/cvm_inline.c, engine/verify_call.c: Fix build witd
profiles that
don't have floating point support. Replaced the
System.NotImplementedException with a
System.NotSupportedException.

support/cvt_float.c, support/read_float.c, support/rem_float.c,
support/test_float.c, support/write_float.c: Remove functions
not needed
