Summary:  Directory.GetFiles returns directories + files without full path

Original Submission:  The attached sample, when run in MS.NET, will return the 
full paths of the files in the given directory; mono does this correctly as 
well.

Portable.NET doesn't return the full paths, and also returns the names of the 
sub-directories.
