[Pnet-developers] XPM Decoder initial hack

Hi All, 

I've hacked up an XPM decoder which contains the basic idea of the entire
Xpm decoder.. due to some problems I am not able to convert it into a
nice XPMReader class into DotGNU.Images . I would appreciate if someone
would pick it up and add the first real image format with transparency
into DotGNU.Images ... 

(all those who wanted Themes, please help with this !!!)
