Summary: Xsharp not passing on x,y changes during resize events.

Original Submission: Xsharp isn't passing on x,y changes during resize events,
like maximize, which change the top/left location of a top-level window. I
tracked it out from winforms as far as
DrawingTopLevelWindow::IToolkitWindow::MoveResize and
DrawingTopLevelWindow::OnMoveResize. The x,y values at that point are
unchanging unless an actual move of the window is made. The attached test-case
(from djlogan) shows a symptom of the problem; when the resize changes the x,y
position, the menu pops up in the pre-resize x,y position.
