Summary: "HACKING" files in cvs need updating

Original Submission: 1. The various "HACKING" files in cvs still use the old
cvs instructions for savannah
"... -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/dotgnu-pnet ..." should be replaced
with "... -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/dotgnu-pnet ..."

2. The link http://snapshots.dotgnu.org/dotgnu-pnet/ a few lines down is also
broken.

3. Also, at the "other things that you need" section of pnetlib HACKING the
link to the ECMA class specification is broken
(ftp://ftp.ecma.ch/ecma-st/Ecma-335-xml.zip).
I think the new location is the following:
http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/files/ECMA-ST/ECMA-335-xml.zip
Someone who downloaded the file from the old location should check that, though
:)
