Summary:  cscc allows using aliases for members

Original Submission:  
According to ECMA-334, 16.3.1, page 203 a using alias
directive introduces an alias for a namespace or
type.
cscc allows and resolves aliases for class members.
(csc reports error)

The attached test compiles with cscc but not with csc.
