Summary: cscc does not compile Pointer to Pointer to Struct if struct is
defined in same File

Original Submission: Compiling the attached testcase with:

cscc -funsafe TestPtrToPtr.cs

raises error:

TestPtrToPtr.cs:18: syntax error, unexpected ')' at or near `)'

where it shouldn't.

Testcase compiles fine with mcs.

mcs -unsafe TestPtrToPtr.cs

This is needed to build Tao.Sdl with cscc.
