Follow-up Comment #4, bugs #9329 (project dotgnu-pnet):
Similar test results as before. Latest CVS build, Xorg (non-double buffer),
ATI drivers. No noticable flicker for quite some time then the flicker would
appear as though VBI wasn't being honored.
