Details:

I am reopening bug
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=12182

and i am attaching project
- with correct Makefile (produces MyLib.dll insted of a.dll that conflicted
with a.exe)

- removed line with "using MyNamespace". This line was uncommented in my
previous post, so the error didnt show up
