GooCanvas uses GNU LIBRARY GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2
Clutter uses GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2.1

And Dr. Geo is under GPLv3+, so on checking here:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#AllCompatibility

I think I can use these libraries. Correct me if I am wrong.
