Ah, these menu entries come from end user scripts. These two provided as
example. There are no way to translate these messages.

Bug description:
Just downloaded latest version of Dr. Geo (17.07a) and found a few
menu entries (and hover help) that were not translated.
In a French version of Windows (Windows 10), the following is not
translated
Script>>Segment mark (menu entry)
Script>>Segment mark (hover help)
Script>>Test my costume (menu entry)
Script>>Test my costume (hover help)
