[Dr. Geo] [Bug 1768836] [NEW] Zooming mismatch between the z-wheel and mouse-wheel

When pushing down the z-wheel button, the canvas zoom-in; when pushing
down the mouse-wheel button, the canvas zoom-out.

The mouse-wheel button actions should reversed to be consistent with the
z-wheel button.
