[Dr. Geo] [Bug 1770980] [NEW] Setting to switch between dark and bright graphic themes

We need an option from the Dr. Geo settings browser to switch between:
- Dark theme. A dark graphic user interface theme, best used on a computer 
screen display.
- Bright theme. A bright graphic user interface theme, best used on a video 
projector display.

By default, the dark theme is activated.
