[Dr. Geo] [Bug 1814363] [NEW] No window on OS X

DrGeo 18.06 for Mac OSX was built against P6.1 32bits VM (as far I remember). 
On Mac OS X High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G65), Dr. Geo starts but there is no window.
