Three points angle will be now in the range [0 ; 360 [ instead of [0 ; 180 [.
The flipping will not occur any more.

Bug description:
  When a three points angle is 180 degrees, its arc representation is flipping 
from one side to the other one. 
  Fix it so it does not flip anymore when its value is 180 degrees
