[Dragora-users] Qi manual (package manager)

Hi guys,

Recently, I've published the manual of Qi (the package manager for the
next version) in HTML format:

This is a work in progress meanwhile I am porting the tools
for /bin/sh.  I would like to hear opinions, suggestions, or if you can
find any typos (misspellings, grammatical "errors").
