I didn't mean to discount your idea. I think it's a great idea. I'm just wondering how to best implement it, and if any tools we already have might serve the same purpose.

If my memory does not fail, the forum of Trisquel, is some kind of a

framework for the mailing list, let's say a web interface for their

mailing list.  This is cool.
