The ideal thing would be to provide the user/group by default. If not,
a group might be verified before to build the package on the recipe,
create it if needed or warn to the user for manual creation.
If the daemon expects to be executed as root but it is configured to
allow to another group -- this group can checked/added in the
post-install script.
