[Dragora-users] Compiling Dragora 3

I have tried to compile dragora 3 according to these instructions (i am on an 
x86_64 machine):

however i have repeatedly run into  problems when running line 21:
qi -o /usr/src/qi/recipes/core.order | qi -b -j2  -i -

when running the command i eventually receive this message:
Could not create //dev/shm: File exists

if i run  it again i receive this one:
http://paste.debian.net/1011861/
and if i run it again i get a make: error 2 message.

are the instructions i am following still valid?
