[Dragora-users] Moving to Libera.Chat

Hello everyone,

Following in the footsteps of other Free Software projects, I wanted to 
let you know that we moved the #dragora IRC channel to the 
Libera.Chat[1] network, due to the events with the Freenode[2] network.
