[Dragora-users] New webmaster

Hello everybody,

I have the pleasure to introduce you to a new webmaster for dragora.org, his 
name is "Lorenzo L. Ancora".

Against all odds, Lorenzo has volunteered to make and modernize Dragora's 
website.  He is already working on the git repository[1] (under the 'modern' 
branch), so we will be seeing the new work soon!
