I'm trying to backup a locally mounted samba share to a distant ftp, and backup hangs every time (tried 3 times) on the same file, after 1.6GB of datas, over 30GB+

Is it a samba-related error ? My new NAS will handle NFS, i'll mount these shares using it, so if you think it's only a samba error, don't mind, using nfs will resolve it.
But maybe i pointed a bug.. ?
