[Duplicity-talk] Duplicity requirements

Hi -

Is there anywhere that sets out the python/lib requirements for the 
latest duplicity.

I still have an issue with incrementals with the latest revs where the 
manifests are not getting created. Nothing has changed on my system 
except duplicity (+ python to get the latest rev running). Using a older 
version with the old python creates the manifests correctly.
