4G DVD-RAM drives include:
 - Matshita LF-D521 "DVD Multi"
 - Panasonic SW-9571 "Multi Drive"

Charting the progress of DVD-RAM technology:

1G DVD-RAM (1997): 1xDVD-RAM (2.6GB/side)
2G DVD-RAM (1999): 2xDVD-RAM (4.7GB/side)
3G DVD-RAM (2001): 2xDVD-RAM, 1xDVD-R(G)
4G DVD-RAM (2003): 2xDVD-RAM, 2xDVD-R(G), 1xDVD-RW, 12xCD-R, 8xCD-RW

Again, 4G DVD-RAM is basically a 1G DVD-RW (2x DVD-R) with DVD-RAM.

You have a 3G DVD-RAM drive, which is 1x DVD-R with DVD-RAM.
