Graciès and thanks again.

Olivier worked on my files yesterday, lowercase was not an issue... until you are consistent !
My mots.txt file was all lower case BUT contained 3 words with a capital letter and that created chaos...
Its now fixed and I can happily play scrabble (unless Eliot's strength is at 100% in which case I always loose!).

Real work begins on my side as this was only a small test dictionnary.
See you back in a few weeks'time for a world first premiere of Scrabble in bambara

Thanks again to all !
JJ

PS: I did meet a catalan from Barcelona settled in Segou, Mali, the heart of the Bambara area.

Hola!

my grand-mother tongue is catala but I cannot speak or write, even less play scrabble ! what a pity!

nice to know, :) there are Catalans around the whole World, :D

My "lettres.txt" characters are all in lower case. Could this be an issue ?

Yes, it could.
I recommend you use uppercase letters in mots.txt and letters.txt. Eliot uses internally lowercases letter to mark a the tile played by a blank. So maybe there is an issue here. Just for safety, use uppercase letters.

Gràcies

de res, no es mereixen :)
(not at all)

Best regards,
