Dear all,

Would it be possible:

1) Support the \nameref command?
Prior, \nameref could only be used in ERT but with LyX 2.0 now in beta it is
possible to use it directly from the cross-reference drop-down menu.
Right now the link is produced in elyxer but no name label is assigned to it.

2) Allow the option to skip nomenclature/index entries?
In my personal experience in some types of HTML documents index and
nomenclature do not make much sense.
I know this could be achieved by annihilating the \index and \nomenclature
entries from the HTML file once is created. E.g, right now I have been using in

<a class="IndexReference" name=".*?</a>{1}?|<a class="NomenclatureEntry"

to do this but it would be nice to have an option for this purposed.
