I've update my hebeng.el package for Emacs 21 with MULE. The Hebrew
MULE was tested on Emacs 21 only, It may work on Emacs 20 too but I
doubt it (Anybody want to check it ?. My Emacs 20 is dumped without
MULE support). I'm not sure if it is the final version but I did not
found any new bug for 5 days. I did not updated the documentation yet.

The updated package can be got by email:
   Send email to:    address@hidden
   Subject: "files" (one word, no quotes).
   1st line of the content: "hebeng.el.gz" (one word, no quotes).
   The file will be then automaticly sent to the reply address.
