My arabic is very limited. But I don't see the character in the
combined word at all. The character that is mentioned is a taa that
should before a saad, according to the explanation. But the sequence
in the word displayed is hamza-saad-alif, i.e. the taa is replaced by
a hamza. It doesn't seem to be a question of shaping, but of using
the right glyph.
