First of all, my implementation (the function
bidi-reorder-simple) is far from UTF#9. I don't know how
UTR#9 treats handligh dash. By that function, "H-5" is
rendered as "5H-" in RtoL context. Emacs-bidi also contains
Ehud's algorithm. With it, "H-5" is rendered as "5-H".
