Try the following commands after the segmentation fault caused by
"make".
$ cd src
$ setarch i386 -R ./temacs --batch --load loadup dump
I found this workaround in the etc/PROBLEMS file. I have just tried
this method on Fedora 11 and Ubuntu 9.04. It worked.
