`defun' and `defcustom' are described as special forms. But they are
Lisp macros now.
If the bug above is fixed, (info "(eintr) save-excursion") should also
be fixed. It says:
The `save-excursion' function is the fourth and final special form
that we will discuss in this chapter.
But `defun' described earlier in this tutorial isn't a special form.
