At least it looks like it is wrong.

The actual URL is this:

http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/elisp/Command_002dLine-Arguments.html#Command_002dLine-Arguments

The URL I would have expected to work, but which gives a 404 Not Found
error, is this:

http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/elisp/Command-Line-Arguments.html

It looks like an ordinary hyphen got changed to "_002d".
