Hey Guix,

this patch updates Libreoffice to 5.3.7.2 and enables the GTK3 version. Note that you can still use the GTK2 version if you prefer by setting the environment variable "SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk".

Applied after adding line endings to the commit message, thanks!  Do you
know if we can build libreoffice without GTK2 now to save space?
