Applied with minor changes: addressing remaining ‘guix lint’ complaints,
tweaking indentation, and adding ‘python’ as an input so that the
shebang of ‘git-filter-repo’ gets patched (otherwise it’d remain
“#!/usr/bin/env python3”.)
