Yes, these are valid messages. At the end of the message, there is a
link like <https://emba.gnu.org/emacs/emacs/-/jobs/11015/raw>. If you
follow the link, you'll see the log of the failed job.

I believe, the script template is located on emba.gnu.org, and you need
ssh access to that machine. But this might be wrong; Toon or Ted will
correct me in case.
In general, the gitlab ansible machinery for emba.gnu.org is located at
https://gitlab.com/emacs-ci/emba-ansible.git, which you could
checkout. And the Emacs project emba configuration is carried in Emacs'
source tree, directory test/infra.
Hmm, there is also the file admin/notes/emba in Emacs' source tree. This
needs some update.
