Apparently everyone is seeing lots of duplicated messages from mailman
mailing lists.  Could you please investigate?

Does anyone else get multiple copies of some (but not all) messages?
For example, Sam's message (reproduced below) got to me 5 times.

I see similar problems with other mailman-managed lists, such as
help-gnu-emacs, bug-gnu-utils, bug-texinfo, etc.

Who is maintaining the GNU mailing lists?  I'd like to report these
annoying problems.
