I tried it on various X ttys progs & the linux console.

Info-title-2-face and Info-title-3-face look very nice.  But the color
used by Info-title-1-face ("lightred") doesn't display well on any of
the terminals I tried, being turned into a dim grey or white.

Instead of "light red" - "yellow" -   "light blue"  (1,2,3)
 how about "yellow"    - "#50ff50"  - "cyan"        (1,2,3)?
                     Sorry about this; it's the only color I could find
                     that looked correct on both 8- and 16-color ttys...
                     There's no named color that is close enough to work.

This looks good wherever I tried it.  [the change from "light blue" to
"cyan" is because on a 16-color tty "light blue" gets rendered as green!]
