Patch removing mocklisp support

Here is the final version of patch which removes mocklisp support from
CVS. It is not yet committed, I'll wait for approval from Richard. I have
it running for about a week without any problem. Can you please test it on
non-unix platforms too? I have changed mac and w32 sources and makefiles,
but I can not test it.
