Dear all,

Emacs 21.1.1 is the first of many Windows Emacses which crashed with
the old RCS. Older Windows Emacs releases did not show the error.

As the originater of the crash report, I'd like to offer my help in
tracking the error down, if I can. But please note I won't have time
to set up an appropriate development environment and compile the
Emacs sources myself.

    Eli Zaretskii suggested using a higher patch level of RCS, and it also
    fixed my problem.

If this is an Emacs bug, we would want to fix it
even if the newer RCS no longer tickles it.
