I find this very easy to use; compare:
M-x match RET RET RET M-DEL RET
to using e.g
M-x grep-find RET x_free_dpy_colors RET
Ok, please install this interface to grep.
The name `match' is not good, because it is too general;
it could fit many other activities.
I suggest the name `search-file-tree'.
Please don't install the new command yet though.
What to do about them is a separate issue, as I've
already mentioned.
