There should be a directory `current' under gnu/windows/emacs that is
a symlink to the directory where we keep the latest released version
of Emacs (which is 21.3).
This is because all the documentation for finding the Windows
binaries of Emacs refers to the `current' directory.
Francesco, could you please re-create that symlink, or ask the
sysadmins to do that? Thanks.
