Once more, insert a file using the /ssh:address@hidden:FILENAME syntax.
I meant _visit_ a file (C-x C-f)
Do this often for the same file, say:
/ssh:address@hidden:~/270moves
Most of the type things work right, but somehow, unpredictably, one
sometimes gets the error message:
vc-rcs-fetch-master-state: File
/ssh:address@hidden:/home/teirllm/RCS/270moves is not an
RCS master file
I forgot to say that both local and remote machine use GNU/Linux.
Sincerely,
Luc.
