What in particular do you feel makes it "not-mac-like?" The difficult thing in the carbon port is to strike a balance between emacs-like features and Mac-like features when they come into conflict. One example I'm currently wrestling with is the font dialog: it is modeless palette on the Mac, but is a modal dialog inside Emacs

Is there an official maintainer or head-honcho for the mac-carbon port of emacs? While I love having a carbon version of emacs, there are some things that make it not quite feel mac-like. I'd like to help out and make some improvements, but I'm not sure where to start. Pointers would help. -- (__) Doug Alcorn - Unix/Linux/Web Developing oo / mailto:address@hidden http://www.lathi.net |_/ _______________________________________________ Emacs-devel mailing list address@hidden http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/emacs-devel
