No reason for a regexp group here: just begin it with "^ ?In file", or
perhaps even "^ *In file", "^[\t\n ]*In file", or "^\s-*In file",
depending on the generality desired (and, in the last case, on the syntax
table for Compilation mode).

too sparse, it is because mass-energy conversion has occurred during
