the just-buried buffer is still offered as other-buffer
emacs -q
C-x b a RET
C-x b b RET
C-x b c RET
C-x b d RET
M-x bury-buffer RET
C-x b ....
Expected: the default other-buffer should be "b" because "d" has just
been buried and "b" is the most recent buffer before that.
Current: the default other-buffer is "d" despite it having been just
buried.
this is a relatively recent breakage (within a few weeks).
