Only quail/ZIRANMA.el?  Anyway, I don't observe such a
slowness.

% cd .../emacs/leim
% make clean
% time make
[...]
real    0m51.684s
user    0m30.242s
sys     0m2.532s

My machine has 3GHz CPU.
