Suggested documentation change for define-minor-mode

Or rather for global minor modes that are defined by define-minor-mode.

Such a global minor mode gets too pieces of documentation, one for the
command and one for the variable. The variable have a link to
customize it, but the command does not have that. Also there is a link
from the variable to the command but not link in the reverse
direction.

I suggest that

1) A link to custom is placed in the command doc string.

2) A link to the variable is placed in the command doc string.

I can supply a patch if these is accepted.
