It would be good if someone could post a recipe for a cheap creation
of such a branch on a machine where there's already a bound branch for
the trunk.  I hope a full-blown "bzr checkout" is not necessary, but
rather some sequence of "bzr branch"+"bzr bind"+"bzr up" or something.

Or is this a pipe dream?
