If you mean the behavior that C-x 5 2, C-x 5 2, C-x 5 o, C-x 5 0
selects the oldest frame rather than the youngest one, that is
specific to the NS port. The behavior might depend on the window
manager as for X11, but at least X11 builds with the default X11
window manager (quartz-wm) on Mac OS X, as well as the Mac port,
select the youngest frame.
