Nevermind, after-init-time provides that info.
It doesn't sound right to limit the time where questions are disregarded
to initialization time, though. Something like this pseudocode seems
more correct:
(when (and (daemonp) (no frames) (no console))
(message "aborting question %s" question-text)
(signal 'quit nil))
Does that look like an improvement over the current behavior?
